IKEai Lifecycle AI Automation provides a low-code AI implementation framework.

IKEai Overview

IKE is a low-code platform for implementing end-to-end multi-channel AI-augmented business processes. These processes interconnect any number of systems and data sources, automate tasks and dialogs using the IKE components shown below. IKE Administrators define the steps as a dialog with the user, process sequence, rules, facts and related concepts in the IKE Ontology.

The Admin Console provides administrators with all the necessary tools to incorporate IKE into their internal processes or external customer interaction systems for two-way dialogs with customers. Such dialogs go beyond conversational bots with advanced natural language understanding (NLU) to provide dynamic automation to link business processes using IKE workflows to deliver information systems and assist users. IKE Wizards and tools make it fast and easy to build Scripts, Rules, Dynamic Data Capture and Profiles along with the IKE Knowledge Ontology and Interpreter for AI-enabled tools to make processes and conversations more efficient and delight users and customers.

IKEai Low-Code is like FaaS

Function as a service (FaaS) is a cloud solution deployment model that lets users define processes and deploy functionalities without concern for servers or other infrastructure. While FaaS involves serverless computing architecture, IKE provides application-agnostic function development meaning the function designer simply pulls together the right pieces and ties them to external applications and data. Using the IKE framework and adaptors administrators and technicians can create reusable microservices needed to support entire classes of processes in data and general IT automation.

Like FaaS, IKE adaptor actions only run when a defined workflow or scheduled process invokes them, then shuts down. This approach enables technicians and administrators to  spend less time writing process code and no time dealing with server and other infrastructure. Further, it provides a scalable set of reusable independent capabilities. Also like FaaS, auditability, infrastructure support, availability and fault tolerance are IKE responsibilities. Advanced AI hooks and latches are built in from the start to make NLU capabilities available in new process and apps.
